1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 10w30. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank details — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 10w30 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately. 10w30 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
3 User Responsibilities & Terms of Use
Users of the 10w30 platform are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using our services. Any use of the platform for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways not intended by 10w30
- Using a VPN or other means to conceal your true location in order to circumvent restrictions
- Uploading or distributing content that infringes copyright, is obscene, or is otherwise harmful
Breaching any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balance, and withdrawal of associated winnings.
4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 10w30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits via local digital payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and online banking transfers through major Malaysian banks.
The minimum deposit required depends on your chosen payment method and any active promotions. All deposits are subject to transaction verification before being credited to your account. 10w30 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit deemed suspicious.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. 10w30 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is approved.
Withdrawal processing typically takes between one and three business days, depending on the receiving bank and the amount requested. Any winnings obtained through suspicious activity or in breach of these terms may be voided without notice.
5 Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

10w30 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including technical disruptions, system delays, errors in how information is displayed, or any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 10w30 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, real-time data accuracy, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 10w30 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of 10w30 or its licensors. Any reuse, reproduction or distribution of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months
For accounts closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use after the amendment date constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
